North Branch Area Hockey Association

The Treasurer's responsibilities include:

• Maintaining full financial records, in detail
• Presenting a full financial report monthly
• Handling all monies, income and expenses
• Is an authorized signer on all checks in addition to an authorized co-signer
• Preparing and making available the year-end report
• Checking P.O. Box on a regular basis
• Available to go to the bank during business hours
• Fee collection
• Keeping up on signature cards when there are new officers elected
• Making sure the account has the proper information to produce the 990's
• Ability to connect with officers when a second signature is required on checks
• Collection of fees from members
