The Registrar's responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all facets of the registrar program
- Responsible for proper registration procedures for all players and coaches
- Oversees the SKATE Program Coordinator
- Maintains historic list of all registered participants
- Learn to Skate - responsible for collection of registration paperwork, checkin list, and recruiting checkin volunteers and overseeing
- Ordering end of year patches
- Coordination & scheduling of team photos
- Proper registration for traveling tournaments and mite jamborees
- Recruiting New Skaters
- Coordinate Hockey Education Program (HEP)

We are currently looking for a parent in the North Branch Area Hockey Association to fill the S.K.A.T.E. Coordinator position. This position will report to the Registrar. S.K.A.T.E. stands for “Skaters Keep Achieving Through Education” and is a program that encourages, supports and rewards youth hockey players who commit themselves to their schoolwork while enjoying the sport of hockey. You will be responsible for distributing information on the program to skaters, collecting SKATE forms from skaters after report cards are received during the school year, sending information in to D10 in order to received awards for skaters, distributing awards to teams.
