The North Branch Hockey Association has partnered with Aflac to help you protect your family in case of accident or illness
Whether you or your child is injured on the ice or gets sick, Aflac can help protect your family’s finances during a difficult time. The best way to describe what Aflac is, is to tell you what it isn’t! We are not major medical insurance…when you go to the Dr or hospital; your major medical pays them. Aflac pays you cash directly to your mailbox to help pay for daily living expenses.
Accident Plan – Pays you cash when you are treated for any injury, on or off the ice. Hospital portion helps squash high deductibles and includes lump sum payouts for broken bones, concussions, etc.
Aflac has a variety of plans to help protect your family in any situation. These include accident, illness and hospital protection (helps with child birth, surgeries and hospital stays), cancer and heart attack/stroke plans, life insurance and dental coverage.
