The Girls Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and Retention of skaters for Girls teams
  • Work with Publicity Director on publicity opportunities – flyers, signs, parades
  • Coordinate participants from girls teams to be part of local parades and recruiting events (Stacy Daze, Fall Harvest Festival, NB Kids Carnival)
• Participate in Fall and Winter Learn to Skate
• Participate in Mite Night for new U8 skaters
• Recruit Team Managers and Coaches for Girls teams
• Oversees Team Managers
• Oversee all facets of the Girls program in cooperation with the Mite Director and Coaching Director
• Provide schedulign assistance/support to the Ice Director for U8/U10/U12 district game scheduling
• Reports to the Coaching Director
