 The Bantam Coordinator responsibilities include:

(Note:  These responsibilites will be revised slightly for the 2011 - 2012 season since we won't be able to host our own Bantam teams).

• Recruiting and Retention of skaters for Bantam teams
• Work with Publicity Director on publicity opportunities – flyers, signs, parades
• Coordinate participants from Bantam teams to be part of local parades and recruiting events (Stacy Daze, Fall Harvest Festival, NB Kids Carnival)
• Participate in Bantam Tryouts
• Recruit Team Managers and Coaches for Bantam teams
• Oversees Team Managers
• Helps with coach certification (up to date/classes)
• Work with ice director and head squirt coaches in scheduling tournaments
• Oversees all facets of the Bantam program in cooperation with the Coaching Director
• Participate in board meetings
• Reports to the Coaching Director – this is not a board position
