Player Development

We are excited to continue our development partnership with Cal Miska of Miska Hockey. This program will provide focused training opportunities for players, helping athletes sharpen their skills and take their game to the next level.

Program Focus

• 8 sessions, 50 minutes each
• Power Skating
• Elite Edge Control
• Stickhandling
• Puck Protection

With 40 sessions across all groups, players will benefit from Cal’s proven drills, expert coaching, and adaptable training plans designed to elevate their game.



All NORTHERN EDGE / VIKING B MITE sessions will be held at East Bethel Ice Arena and will run on Sunday afternoons/evenings from October 4 - January 24.

All NORTHERN TIER STARS sessions will be held at Isanti Ice Arena and will run on weekday evenings from October 22 - January 18.

These sessions are designed exclusively for goaltenders and will be held on select Sundays throughout the season at East Bethel Ice Arena. A total of 10 clinics will give goalies the chance to refine their craft in a supportive yet challenging training environment.

• Designed for goalies at all youth levels
• Training built around the most current goaltending methods
• Purposeful drills with the repetitions needed to build confidence and consistency
